Winkler Heritage Museum preserves and exhibits local history. This fund was created to capitalize on the Manitoba Heritage Trust Program, which aims to attract public and private funding and provide long-term sustainable revenue for the heritage organizations. All donations made to this fund until March 2021 will be matched.
