Mr. Louis Tangay will be honoured at the 2015 Citizen of the Year banquet at the Winkler Bergthaler Church on Thursday, October 29, 2015. Tickets are available through the Winkler Community Foundation office located in Winkler City Hall or by contacting Myra at 204-362-9292.
