With scholarship deadline quickly approaching we asked past scholarship recipients what advice they would give to a young person from Winkler who is considering attending college or university. Noah Olfert, now in his third year studying Public management at the University of Guelph, proposed a big challenge to anyone that feels unsure: “Follow your instinct, even if it means going somewhere that seems crazy. There is so much opportunity out there.”
